About us

Management Capital Holding AG was founded in November 2007 by the two partners, Christof Wahl and Michael Hengstmann, in Munich. In contrast to classic private equity funds, Management Capital Holding AG does not have a classic fund structure, but puts together a transaction-specific group of investors (usually so-called family offices) for each investment in addition to its own equity capital.
